Be treated to a lavish four-course set lunch or dinner where Prawn, Avocado Tapanade with Sour Cream Chive; Turkey with Foie Gras, Chestnut Stuffing and Blue Berry Port Jus and Christmas Pudding with Brandy Custard are among the dishes served. Or, throw a fancy cocktail party where we provide you the option to choose from an extensive variety of alcoholic beverages such as wine, martini, beer and champagne and canapés such as Yellow Fin Tuna Mornay Vol-Au-Vent topped with Baby Cress; Macadamia Crusted Lamb Cutlets with Peppered Pineapple Chutney; and Passion Fruit Pavlovas, just to name a few!
